Welcome to the Galt Seventh-day Adventist Church! Our church family is committed to uplifting Jesus Christ through every worship service. If you are discouraged you will find hope, if you are lonely you will find a friend. If you simply want a closer walk with Jesus, you will find an atmosphere of love, acceptance and forgiveness. If you are looking for fellowship in a warm friendly church, may we be the first to extend an invitation for you to join our expanding church family.
Mission
The Galt Seventh-day Adventist Church is composed of family members who are committed to Jesus Christ and the mission of His church. As a church family it is our goal to provide an atmosphere where Christian growth, fellowship and outreach can be nurtured.
Christian growth is a process that is enhanced by the different ministries of our church. From our Sabbath School Classes to the Worship Service, to our Small Group Ministries, each member is encouraged to grow in their relationship with God. Renewed by the Spirit, we are released into the ministry of God's church through the utilization of our own spiritual gifts.
Christian fellowship is a gift that God has given to all who walk through our church doors. From fellowship dinners to social activities, each week we gather together to strengthen each other in our spiritual walk with the Lord.
Christian outreach is the lifeblood of the church. From evangelistic meetings to community service programs, we are committed to serving others and sharing the gospel message. Indeed, we are privileged to be co-workers in the ministry of spreading the good news of Jesus soon return.
You are encouraged to take advantage of the unique blessings to be found in our church family. Please feel free to invite your family and friends to join us each week as we seek to worship God.
Collecting Gifts for the Homeless
There are church members who have contact with the homeless of Galt on a frequent basis. Therefore, there will be a collection container in the lobby for gifts to the homeless. Items needed are: warm sleeping bags, socks, and gloves, shoes for men and women of all sizes (mostly men), packets of food-granola bars, fruit, etc., water, and personal hygiene wipes. Why not add an extra item to your shopping list? New items are preferred and greatly appreciated. If not, clean and gently used items will be accepted. Thank you!
